आली आहे. पुन्हा नव्याने जाहिराताची तारीख यथावकाश कळविण्यात येणार असल्याचे
राज्य पोलीस आयुक्‍तांकडून स्पष्ट करण्यात आले होते. त्यावरून टीका होत
असतानाच कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर गेली तीन वर्ष पोलीस भरती झालेली नव्हती.
वयोमर्यादा संपल्यामुळे अनेकजण पोलीस भरतीसाठी पात्र नाहीत. अशा तरुणांना
संधी मिळावी, अशी मागणी उमेदवारांकडून होत होती. त्याची दखल राज्य शासनाकडून
घेण्यात आल्याचे दिसून येत आहे.

सन 2019 मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई संवर्गातील रिक्त असलेली एकूण 5297 पदे भरण्याकरिता सन 2019 मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात आली होती सदरची भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होऊन कर्मचारी प्रशिक्षण घेत आहे
सन 2020 मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई पदार्थ रिक्त असणारी एकूण 7231 पदे भरती प्रक्रियेने भरण्यास शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे त्यापैकी नक्षलग्रस्त भागातील अत्यावश्यक असणारी पोलीस अधिक्षक गडचिरोली येथील पोलीस शिपाई 279 पदे व समादेशक राज्य राखीव पोलीस बल गट क्रमांक 13 वडसा देसाईगंज गडचिरोली येथील 54 पदे भरण्याबाबत शासनाने विशेष बाब म्हणून सण 2019 च्या भरती सोबत भरण्यास मान्यता दिली होती त्यामुळे ती पदे वगळून उर्वरित 6888 पदे भरावयाचे आहेत. Application Processing System तयार करण्याचे काम महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या महा आयटी विभागात देण्यात आली असून सदरचे कामकाज सप्टेंबर अखेरपर्यंत पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर पोलीस शिपाई भरती प्रक्रिया माहे ऑक्टोबर 2022 च्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात सुरू करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे
सन 2021 मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई संवर्गात रिक्त झालेल्या पदांचा तपशील पुढील प्रमाणे पोलीस शिपाई पदांसाठी 10404 पदे रिक्त आहेत तर चालक पोलिस शिपाई पदासाठी 1401 पदे रिक्त आहेत तसेच सशस्त्र पोलीस शिपाई पदासाठी रिक्त असलेली पदसंख्या 722 एवढी आहे एकूण 12527 पदे रिक्त आहेत
सन 2019 मध्ये भरती झालेले नव प्रविष्ट पोलीस शिपाई हे विविध पोलीस प्रशिक्षण केंद्रात प्रशिक्षण घेत असून त्यांचे प्रशिक्षण माहे डिसेंबर 2022 मध्ये पूर्ण होणार आहे त्यानंतर सन 2020 मधील रिक्त पदे भरण्याकरिता भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्यात येऊन निवड झालेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना प्रशिक्षणासाठी पाठवण्यात येणार आहे त्यांचे प्रशिक्षण 2023 ऑक्टोंबर नोव्हेंबर पर्यंत पूर्ण होणे अपेक्षित आहे
सन 2021 मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई संवर्गातील रिक्त झालेली एकूण 12527 पदे भरण्याकरिता शासनाची मान्यता मिळाल्यास सदरची भरती प्रक्रिया माहे मार्च 2023 मध्ये सुरू करणे प्रस्तावित आहे

Police constable recruitment process was conducted in 2019 to fill the total 5297 vacant posts in police constable cadre in the year 2019.
In the year 2020, the government has approved the recruitment of a total of 7231 posts of police constables, out of which 279 posts of Superintendent of Police Gadchiroli and 54 posts of Commissioner State Reserve Police Force Group No. 13 Vadsa Desaiganj Gadchiroli are essential in Naxal affected areas. So it was approved to be filled along with festival 2019 recruitment so excluding those posts remaining 6888 posts are to be filled. The task of preparing the Application Processing System has been given to the IT Department of the Government of Maharashtra and it is proposed to start the police constable recruitment process in the first week of October 2022 after the said work is completed by the end of September.
The details of Police constable vacancies in the year 2021 are as follows: 10404 posts are vacant for police constable posts, 1401 posts are vacant for driver police constable posts and 722 posts are vacant for armed police constable posts, total 12527 posts are vacant.
The newly recruited police constables who are recruited in the year 2019 are undergoing training at various police training centers and their training will be completed in December 2022, after which the recruitment process will be implemented to fill the vacancies in the year 2020 and the selected personnel will be sent for training until October November 2023. Expected to be completed
It is proposed to start the recruitment process in March 2023 if the government approves to fill the total 12527 vacant posts of police constables in the year 2021.
सात हजार पोलिसांची भरती सुरू गृहमंत्री फडणवीस यांची घोषणा
राज्यात लवकरच सात हजार पोलिसांची भरती करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत अशी घोषणा उपमुख्यमंत्री आणि गृहमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी बुधवारी विधानसभेत केली या अगोदर सात हजार पोलिसांची भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू करण्यात आली असल्याचेही त्यांनी यावेळी नमूद केले
नवी मुंबईत अनधिकृत धंदे सुरू असल्याबाबत आमदार मंदा म्हात्रे यांनी लक्षवेधीच्या माध्यमातून सरकारचे लक्ष वेधले या लक्षवेधीला उत्तर देताना उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी ही घोषणा केली
उपमुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी सांगितले की राज्यातील विविध शहरांमध्ये पोलीस विभागात मनुष्यबळ कमी पडत आहे मनुष्यबळाची आवश्यकता लक्षात घेऊन पोलीस भरतीचे आदेश दिलेले आहेत तर नवी मुंबई परिसरात सुरू असलेल्या अवैध धंद्यात बाबत चौकशी केली जाईल आणि दोषी आढळल्यास वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांना जबाबदार धरले जाईल तसेच एका अधिकार्‍यास एकाच पदावर अथवा शहरात जास्त काळ नियुक्ती दिली जाऊ नये याबाबत दक्षता घेतली जाईल असेही गृहमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी सांगितले

Deputy Chief Minister Fadnavis said that there is a shortage of manpower in the police department in various cities of the state. Police recruitment orders have been issued keeping in mind the requirement of manpower, while the illegal business going on in the Navi Mumbai area will be investigated and if found guilty, the senior officers will be held responsible and one officer in the same post or in the city. Home Minister Fadnavis also said that vigilance will be taken to ensure that appointments are not given for a long period of time

महाराष्ट्र पोलीस शिपाई अधिनियमात सुधारणा शासनाचे राजपत्र जाहीर
महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियमात बदल करण्याचा निर्णय राज्य सरकारने घेतला असून पोलीस भरतीसाठी आता पहिल्यांदा मैदानी चाचणी घेतली जाणार असल्याचे २३ जून रोजी स्पष्ट करण्यात आलेले आहे ५० गुणांची शारिरीक चाचणी, १०० गुणांची लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाणार आहे ग्रामीण भागातील तरुणांना सुरुवातीला लेखी परीक्षा घेतल्याने भरती प्रक्रियेतून बाहेर जावे लागत होते त्यामुळे शारीरिक चाचणीत अव्वल ठरणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना ही पोलीस भरतीची संधी मिळत नव्हती त्यामुळे शासनाने हा निर्णय घेतलेला आहे लेखी चाचणी तील बहुतेक प्रश्न हे बहुपर्यायी प्रकारचे असतील लेखी परीक्षेत उमेदवाराला किमान 40 टक्के गुण मिळवणे आवश्यक आहे तर अनुसूचित जाती जमाती प्रवर्गातील दहा जागा रिक्त असतील तर त्यासाठी एका पदासाठी दहा जणांना (शारीरिक योग्यता चाचणीत किमान 50 टक्के गुण अपेक्षित आहेत) लेखी चाचणीसाठी बसता येईल दहा जागांसाठी शंभर जण लेखी परीक्षेस पात्र झाले आणि शंभराव्या क्रमांकावरील उमेदवाराला जेवढे गुण मिळाले आहेत तेवढे गुण असलेल्या उर्वरित उमेदवारांनाही लेखी परीक्षा देता येणार आहे आता 2020 मधील ७३२१पदाची भरती प्रक्रिया राबविण्याचे नियोजन करून गृह विभागाने ने केलेले आहे गृहमंत्री दिलीप वळसे-पाटील यांनी काही दिवसांपूर्वी त्यांची घोषणा केली होती राज्याच्या गृह विभागात सद्यस्थितीत तब्बल 49 हजार पदे रिक्त आहेत आता परीक्षेची कार्यपद्धती निश्चित झालेले रिक्त पदांची टप्प्याटप्प्याने भरती केली जाणार आहे महिलांना 800 आणि 100 मीटर धावणे गोळाफेक अशी शारीरिक चाचणी असेल पहिल्यादा लेखी परीक्षेऐवजी आता मैदानी चाचणी होणार असल्याने ग्रामीण भागातील तरुणांमध्ये (पोलीस भरतीची तयारी करणारे) आनंदाचे वातावरण आहे
महाराष्ट्र पोलीस भरती शारीरिक परीक्षेचे स्वरूप :-
- १६०० मीटर धावणे :- २० गुण
- १००मीटर धावणे :- १५ गुण
- गोळा फेक :- १५ गुण
पोलीस भरती महाराष्ट्र लेखी परीक्षेचे स्वरूप :-
- शारिरीक चाचणीत 50 टक्के गुण.
- रिक्त जागांच्या एका पदासाठी दहा जणांची निवड होईल.
- अंकगणित सामान्यज्ञान व चालू घडामोडी बुद्धिमत्ता चाचणी मराठी व्याकरणावरील आधारित प्रश्न असतील.
- लेखी परीक्षेसाठी 90 मिनिटांचा वेळ असेल.

Government Gazette to amend Maharashtra Police Peon Act announced
The state government has decided to amend the Maharashtra Police Act. It has been clarified on June 23 that for the first time field test will be conducted for police recruitment. 50 marks physical test, 100 marks written test will be conducted. Therefore, the government has decided that most of the questions in the written test will be multiple choice. Candidates must get at least 40% marks in the written test. If there are ten vacancies in the SC / ST category, one Ten candidates for the post (at least 50 per cent marks are required in the physical aptitude test) can sit for the written test. Home Vs. Home Minister Dilip Walse-Patil had announced a few days back that there are currently 49,000 vacancies in the state home department. There is an atmosphere of joy among the youth (preparing for police recruitment) in rural areas as field test will be conducted instead of written test.

Running 1600 meters: - 20 marks
Running 100 meters: - 15 marks
Collecting throw: - 15 marks
Police Bharti Maharashtra Format of written test: -
50 percent marks in physical test.
Ten people will be selected for one of the vacancies.
Arithmetic general knowledge and current affairs intelligence test will be questions based on Marathi grammar.
There will be 90 minutes for the written test.

राज्यात 50 हजार पोलीस पदे रिक्त आहेत सध्या साडेपाच हजार पोलिसांची पदभरती पूर्ण होत आलेली आहे सात हजार पदांची भरती काढली जाणार आहे जूनच्या 15 तारखेपासून ही प्रक्रिया सुरू केली जाणार असल्याची माहिती दिलीप वळसे-पाटील यांनी दिली आहे यानंतर राज्य मंत्रिमंडळासमोर आणखी एक मोठी पोलीस भरती 15 हजार पदे भरण्यासाठी प्रस्ताव सादर केला जाणार आहे असे वळसे-पाटील म्हणाले ही मोठी भरती प्रक्रिया करण्यासाठी राज्य मंत्रिमंडळ नक्कीच परवानगी देईल. पोलिसांवर खूप ताण आहे तो कमी करण्यासाठी ही भरती गरजेचे असल्याचे गृहमंत्री दिलीप वळसे-पाटील म्हणाले

पवार म्हणाले पोलीस दलात 7231 पदांची भरती करण्यात येणार असून शिपाई पदावर भरती झालेला कर्मचारी तीस वर्षांनंतर निवृत्त होताना खात्रीने सब-इन्स्पेक्टर होईल अशा पद्धतीने कालबद्ध पदोन्नतीची रचना करण्यात आलेली आहे तसेच राज्यातील जुन्या पोलीस स्टेशनच्या इमारतीच्या दुरुस्ती व नूतनीकरणासाठी निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे त्यातील 87 पोलीस स्टेशनच्या बांधकामांना सुरुवातही झालेली आहे त्याचबरोबर महिला पोलिसांच्या दैनंदिन कर्तव्याची वेळ आठ तासांची करण्यासाठी निर्णय घेण्यात आलेला आहे

यात पोलीस अधिक्षक गडचिरोली यांच्या आस्थापनेवरील रिक्त 311 पदे म्हणजे 150 पोलीस शिपाई आणि 161 पोलीस शिपाई चालक आणि समादेशक तसेच राज्य राखीव पोलीस बल गट क्रमांक 13 देसाईगंज गडचिरोली येथील रिक्त असलेली एकशे पाच अशी 416 पदे भरण्यात येणार आहेत
ही पदे भरण्याची प्रक्रिया सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान शासन निर्णय क्रमांक तीन यातून बघून ही पदे टीसीएस आयबीपीएस आणि एमकेसीएल यांच्यामार्फत राबवतात पोलीस घटक स्तरावरून राबवण्यासाठी विशेष बाब म्हणून शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे

मात्र ही प्रक्रिया फक्त यावेळी करण्यात येणाऱ्या पदभरती साठी अनुज्ञेय राहील असेही या आदेशात स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे या निर्णयाचा मोठा फायदा स्थानिक आदिवासी तरुण-तरुणींना होणार असून जिल्ह्यातील पोलीस दल अधिक चांगले व सक्षम करण्याच्या दृष्टीने टाकलेले हे एक सकारात्मक पाऊल ठरणार आहे

Recruitment will be from the police component level
The 311 vacancies at the establishment of Superintendent of Police Gadchiroli will be filled by 150 police constables and 161 police constable drivers and commanders as well as one hundred and five vacancies at State Reserve Police Force Group No. 13 Desaiganj Gadchiroli.
The process of filling up these posts is done through General Administration Department, Information and Technology Government Resolution No. 3 and these posts are implemented through TCS, IBPS and MKCL.

रायगड जिल्हा पोलीस परिक्षेत्र विभागासाठी पोलीस अधीक्षक ते पोलिस निरीक्षकांची 191 पदे मंजूर आहेत मात्र यामधील 43 पदे रिक्त आहेत ही पदे पदे भरावीत यासाठी जिल्हा पोलिस दलात सरकारकडे सातत्याने पाठपुरावा केला जात आहे

राबविण्याची तयारी युद्धपातळीवर सुरु असून ग्रामीण भागातील
उमेदवारांना अधिक संधी मिळावी म्हणून अगोदर शारीरिक चाचणी
त्यानंतर लेखी परीक्षा द्यावी लागेल असा कॅबिनेटने निर्णय
घेतला होता मात्र तो निर्णय अजून पर्यंत कागदावर आला नसल्याने
नवीन पोलीस भरती जुन्याच पद्धतीने होणार असून उमेदवारांना
सुरुवातीला लेखी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण व्हावी लागणार
आहे
ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना पोलीस भरतीमध्ये अधिक संधी
मिळावी म्हणून सुरुवातीला मैदानी आणि त्यानंतर लेखी परीक्षा देता येईल
असा निर्णय महाविकास आघाडी सरकारच्या मंत्रिमंडळाने 2019 मध्ये
घेतला मात्र तो निर्णय अद्याप कागदावरच आहे सुरुवातीला लेखी
परीक्षा घेतल्याने ग्रामीण मधील बहुतेक उमेदवार मागे पडतात म्हणून
तो निर्णय घेतला होता परंतु परतीच्या नियमात तसा बदल न केल्याने
तूर्तास 2019 पूर्वीच्या जुन्या पद्धतीने भरती प्रक्रिया राबविली
जात आहे गडचिरोली जिल्ह्यातील चारशे पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया
उमेदवारांना सुरुवातीला लेखी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण व्हावी लागणार आहेत
त्या सरकारने परवानगी दिली आहे
2019 च्या भरती प्रक्रिया
मधील भरतीत पात्र ठरलेल्या 5200 उमेदवारांपैकी आतापर्यंत केवळ
एक हजार जणांची वैद्यकीय चाचणी आणि चारित्र्य पडताळणी झाली
त्यातील सहाशे जणांना प्रशिक्षणासाठी पाठवले आहे राज्यातील नऊ
पोलीस प्रशिक्षण केंद्र पैकी चार केंद्रे रिकामी आहेत पाच
प्रशिक्षण केंद्रातील पोलिसांचे प्रशिक्षण जून पर्यंत संपणार
आहे तोपर्यंत नवीन पदांची भरती प्रक्रिया राबवण्यास काहीच अडचण
नाही असे गृह विभागाने मत वर्तविले आहे त्यांचे नियोजन
युद्धपातळीवर सुरु असल्याचे गृह विभागातील वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांनी
सांगितले

is on a war footing, senior Home Department officials
said.
