महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील 75 हजार पदांची नोकर भरती (Maharashtra Govt Recruitment) प्रक्रिया 15 ऑगस्टपूर्वी पूर्ण करण्यासाठी प्रशासकीय यंत्रणा कामाला लागली आहे. ज्या जिल्ह्यात टीसीएस आणि आयबीपीएस या कंपनींचे परीक्षा केंद्र नाहीत त्याठिकाणी पॉलिटेक्निक किंवा इंजिनिअर कॉलेजची मदत घेतली जाणार आहे. परीक्षा सुरळीत पणे  पार पाडण्यासाठी मुख्य सचिवांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली लवकरच समिती गठीत केली जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे दिलेल्या मुदतीत ही मेगाभरती पूर्ण होते का, याकडे संपूर्ण राज्यभरातील तरुणांचे लक्ष लागून आहे.

देशाच्या स्वतंत्र्याच्या अमृत महोत्सवी वर्षानिमित्त राज्यात 75 हजार पदांची नोकर भरती केली जाणार आहे. मात्र याच नोकर भरतीमध्ये अनेक अडथळे निर्माण होताना पाहायला मिळतात. हे अडथळे दूर करण्यासाठी आणि पारदर्शकपणे नोकर भरती राबविण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार मुख्य सचिवांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली समिती गठीत करणार आहे. ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने पहिल्यांदाच एवढी मोठी मेगाभरती होत असल्याने संबंधित कंपन्यांकडे परीक्षा केंद्र कमी पडत असल्याने नोकरभरती कशी राबवायची यावर मंत्रीमंडळ बैठकीत चर्चा झाली आहे. त्यानंतर मुख्य सचिव यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली समिती गठित करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.

राज्यात ऑनलाईन परीक्षा घ्यायच्या असेल तर टीसीएस कंपनीची परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी 7500 ते 8000 पर्यंत क्षमता आहे. तर आयबीपीएस कंपनीची परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी 10000 ते 15000 पर्यंत उमेदवारांची एकावेळी परीक्षा घेऊ शकतात. लाखांच्या संख्येने जर उमेदवार आले तर नेमकी परीक्षा प्रक्रिया कशी राबवायची हा सगळ्यात मोठा प्रश्न संबंधित कंपन्या आणि राज्य सरकारच्या पुढे आहे. हा प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने मुख्य सचिवांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली ही समिती गठित केली आहे. त्याचबरोबर ज्या ठिकाणी या कंपन्यांची परीक्षा सेंटर नाहीत त्या ठिकाणी खाजगी मदत घेतली जाणार आहे. ज्या ठिकाणी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज असेल किंवा ITI असेल किंवा इतर ठिकाणी उपलब्ध असलेले कॉम्प्युटर यांच्या माध्यमातून ही परीक्षा घेण्यात येणार आहे.

राज्यात पहिल्यांदाच सर्वात मोठ्या प्रमाणात 75 हजार जागांसाठी ही नोकर भरती होणार आहे. त्यामुळे मागच्या काही परीक्षांमध्ये झालेला घोटाळा लक्षात घेता ही परीक्षा सुरळीतपणे आणि पारदर्शकपणे पार पाडण्यासाठी संबंधित कंपन्या आणि राज्य सरकार हे अडथळे दूर करुन हे मिशन कसे यशस्वी करणार याकडे सर्वांचं लक्ष लागले आहे.

या भरती प्रक्रियेत परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी ज्या टीसीएस आणि आयबीपीएस संस्थेची निवड करण्यात आली आहे, त्या कंपन्यांच्या कार्यक्षमतेबाबत प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित करण्यात येत आहेत. या संस्थांशी करार करण्यात आला, त्याचवेळी याचा विचार करण्यात आला असल्याची माहिती अधिकाऱ्यांनी दिली. मुंबई, पुणे वगळता इतर जिल्ह्यांत ही समस्या उद्भवण्याची शक्यता होती. त्यामुळे तेथे पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज आणि इतर कॉलेजांच्या मदतीने व्यवस्था उभी करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यामुळे परीक्षा पद्धतीत कोणत्याही प्रकारचे अडथळे येणार नसल्याचे अधिकाऱ्यानी नमूद केले.

TCS company has a capacity of 7500 to 8000 to take the exam if online exam is to be conducted in the state. Whereas for IBPS company exam 10000 to 15000 candidates can take exam at a time. If lakhs of candidates come, then the biggest question before the concerned companies and the state government is how to conduct the exact examination process. To solve this problem, the state government has formed this committee under the chairmanship of the chief secretary. At the same time, private help will be taken in places where these companies do not have examination centers. The examination will be conducted through the computer available at the place where there is an engineering college or ITI or any other place.

For the first time this job recruitment is going to be done for the largest number of 75 thousand posts in the state. Therefore, in view of the scams that have taken place in the last few examinations, all eyes are on how the concerned companies and the state government will remove these obstacles and make this mission successful in order to conduct this examination smoothly and transparently.

Questions are being raised about the efficiency of the companies that have been selected for the TCS and IBPS exam in this recruitment process. Officials informed that an agreement was signed with these institutions, while this was being considered. This problem was likely to arise in other districts except Mumbai, Pune. Therefore, arrangements will be made there with the help of polytechnic college and other colleges. Therefore, the officer mentioned that there will not be any kind of obstacles in the examination system.

विधानमंडळाच्या पावसाळी अधिवेशनानंतर शिंदे फडणवीस सरकारने तब्बल 78 हजार 257 जागांची भरती करण्याचे नियोजन केले आहे त्यासंदर्भात सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाची बैठक झाली विभागातील 7221 जागा यांचाही त्यात समावेश असून ही भरती प्रक्रिया साधारणतः सप्टेंबर पासून सुरू होणार असल्याची माहिती विश्वसनीय सूत्रांनी दिलेली आहे

राज्य सरकारच्या सव्वादोन लाख जागा रिक्त आहेत महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या माध्यमातून शंभर टक्के जागांची पुढील दोन महिन्यात भरती होणार आहे त्या अनुषंगाने संबंधित विभागांनी पंधरा दिवसात आयोगाकडे मागणी पत्र पाठवावेत असे निर्देश सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाने दिले आहेत

त्यातून जवळपास 11026 जागांची भरती होईल दुसरीकडे शासनाच्या महत्वाच्या विभागांमधील रिक्त जागांची संख्या वाढल्याने पोलीस प्रशासनावरील ताण वाढला आहे ा पार्श्‍वभूमीवर पुढील दीड ते दोन महिन्यात सरकार कडून 67 हजार 231 जागांची होईल असेही सूत्रांनी सांगितले आहे विधिमंडळाच्या पावसाळी अधिवेशनात मंत्री शंभूराज देसाई यांनी राज्याच्या शासकीय विभागांमधील रिक्त जागांची माहिती देत असतानाच स्वातंत्र्याच्या अमृत महोत्सवाचे औचित्य साधून राज्य सरकार 75 हजार जागांची भरती करेल असे स्पष्ट केले होते त्याच वेळी गृहमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनीही पोलिसांच्या 7231 जागांची लवकरच होईल अशी ग्वाही दिली होती दिवाळीनंतर 25 ते 50 हजार जागा भरतीचा दुसरा टप्पा जाहीर होऊ शकतो असेही सूत्रांनी सांगितले आहे
